How our Automated Minnesota MLS Home Search Works
Our Free
Automated Minnesota Real
Estate MLS
search gives you access to
the EXACT SAME MLS database
that REALTORS use to search
for homes. When you
complete the form below we
will create a custom search
for you in the Minnesota MLS
system. On the first
night you will get an email
with all the homes matching
your search. After the
first night you will only
get emails when new homes
matching your search come on
the market or there is a
change in an existing
listing (I.E. price
reduction or new information
about the home). If
there are no new listings
matching your home search
you will not get a email for
that night. You can
change your MLS search or
cancel it at anytime.
Get new
listings first
If you are
serious about finding a home
this is your best option to
search for homes. You
will learn about new homes
the same day they come on
the market. Web based
home search engines get their
data from the MLS database
REALTOR use and there can be
a delay in updating that
information. Instead
of using a secondary data
set you will go right to the
main source.
Be the first person to view
the home in person
If you like
one of the homes you receive
in the email just reply back
with the MLS number or the
house address. We can show
you any home that is listed
in the MLS. There is
no need to call dozens of
REALTORS to see all the
homes you like. One
email is all it takes!
See EVERY home that is for
sale in the Twin Cities, Minnesota MLS
Not every
home that is listed in the
MLS get posted to web based
home search engines.
Listing companies can
withhold new listings from
being posted to web sites.
This is by far a better
option than reading the
newspaper every weekend!
See virtual home tours
If there is
a virtual home tour
available for a listing
it will be included with
your email. Most web
sites only offer virtual
home tours for homes listed
with their company.
Virtual home tours or 360
home tours let you view the
inside and outside of a home
as if you where there.
You can view 360 degrees
from the point where the
camera was placed.
Most virtual homes tours
include the front or back
yard and the major rooms
(bedrooms, kitchen, living
room, family room, etc.).
Virtual home tours give you
a much better idea of what
the home is like without
having to go see it.
Get more data about each
home for sale
Not all data
fields are passed to online
home search engines. Since your
emails will come from the
main MLS database for
Minnesota Real Estate you
will get the most complete
information about each home
for sale.
Request a more complex MLS
Home Search
The form
above covers the basic
information that people use
to search for homes.
We can create a more
complete home search for
you. Just add any
addition information into
the "Comments" box at the
end of the form. Some
examples of an advance home
search would be:
search for homes by school
district, lake property,
homes on a golf course,
hobby farms, homes with a
fireplace, homes within a
zip code, etc.
Home Search Recommendations
There is a
search limit of 250 homes in
the Minnesota Twin Cities
MLS system. If your
search includes more homes
than that the MLS will
automatically disable your
search. The main cause
of this would be selecting
many cities and a wide price
range. Pick a
realistic price range to
search for when you start
out. You might find
that you are only getting a
few emails a month.
That means your search is to
restrictive. The most
common cause of this is too
narrow of a price range or
you request a price range
that falls under home prices
in a given city.
Remember you can always
request a change to your
Minnesota MLS Home Search at
anytime.
You can
access our online Map based
home search now!
This allows you to search
for homes online in real

not the best option for
serious home buyers.
